If you’re experiencing an issue with your item, our goal is to fix it and get you back on the water as soon as possible. All items returned under Fragrantina 30 Day Guarantee will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee per item.
The refund, less restock fee(s), will be applied once the item(s) are received at our warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement
All original contents must be included in the return, any missing items will delay therefund process.
We’ll respond to it within 24-48 hours of receiving it Monday – Friday if it’s not holiday.
